Amiga 30th Anniversary Article - Users Perspective
« on: July 27, 2015, 05:12:33 PM »
Former Canadian Amiga developer Syd Bolton submitted an article on the Amigas 30th birthday:

A good read and shares the sentiment of many.

Enjoy.

I took it to mean dead as an example of cutting edge technology. When the Amiga came out there was nothing that even came close to approaching it. Personal video editing which today we take for granted, didn't exist. MS-Dos CUI was battling it out with B&W MacOS GUI. This was so completely out of the world of the late 1980's it was almost alien technology. That is the part that is dead in 2015....
