Looking for ArtEffect filters

I have the plug-ins pack for ArtEffect 4 but a lot of them are of little use to me. I use Photoshop on PC and have an Instagram-style filters pack which I use a lot. How do I go about getting more modern filters like these into my ArtEffect install?
