I dont have winuae in front of me, but as I remember it, its quite self explaining. Just find the harddrive tab inside the winuae settings, and there is a button for creating a harddrive file. Or even easier, just specify a windows folder as a location for your harddrive.
That way you will be able to access your amiga hdd files from windows explorer as well.
