I've got 2 x 128mb modules here to suit the Blizzard 1260, PPC or any other cards that are compatible such as the Blizzard 1230 and so on (tested working in a PPC). They are very hard to come by ultra slim double sided simms - quite often a normal simm simply won't fit. As accurately as I can measure them by placing a tape measure across these, they are approx 3.5mm thick overall. I think they are 60ns based on the markings.
