Categories back on main page, suggestions

I would like Amiga Emulation back on the main page. It usually contains a lot of useful information. E.g. Setting up a hard drive.
Anyone else agree? Any other category that should return?

Not sure about categories but I have another suggestion. The activity award should be returned to the way it used to be. That is it used to be given based on merit not by who ever is making the most posts at that particular time.

Since you've opened the floodgates for generic suggestions...

Not a category suggestion, but I would like to see Amiga.org return to having 20 posts per page rather than 15 as it currently is.
Most other Amiga forums that I visit have 20 posts per page, so I sometimes forget to look for a page 2 if there are (eg) 17 posts in a thread.

Also, how the hell do you PM someone from their profile page?

I like that too along with the latest coffee house although there hasn't been so much activity in CH but some of the discussions there have been good.

I didn't realize the Emulation section had been removed from the front page. Yes, I'd say that's worth bringing back. Basically anything except the coffee house should be on the front page, I think.

Posts per page is a user adjustable setting (or it used to be... I haven't looked in a while). I think I have mine set to 20 posts.

The "new posts" link in the site navigation panel does about the same thing. Only it just shows the new messages since your last visit instead of all 50 recent threads.
