I have purchased Exodus
« on: February 20, 2014, 06:59:05 PM »
Hello guys,

I have purchased Exodus and downloaded the image. The problem I am facing is that I cannot get the game to run at all.

Every time I double click the icon of the game I get this error message

"!Unable open cdda device or not find disk Exodus"

and that is about that. Bare in mind my Amiga 4000D (with the CD player) is coming in it's way in the meantime I am running it using WinUAE.

I have another question to ask...can I burn the image back to CD and it will work again on the original hardware?

Burn the image, run the install from image, leave CD in drive and that is usual thing.

About updates, publisher seems to be dead

If I was you, I would try ABIME, English Amiga board, folks there seems to have no probs in sharing their own files :-)

Nice. Thanks.

APC TCP is nice sales managment that has preserved some files, but NOT a game maker that could make new fixes.
