You can buy a new one from Jameco.com for $5.49 or so.

My switch fell to pieces, so I am not sure just what it does, but it appears to be an off, on, on switch.  Not knowing how the original switch acutally worked, I am assuming off meant off, nothing would start up, on 1 let the computer run but locked keyboard and mouse, and on2 let everything work.  The cable connector to this switch is reversable with 9 pin sockets and 7 things plugging into it that could be reversed or moved around.  Absolutely rediculous, to me to build a system with so little documentation, and so many ways to hook it up.  If I try to fake the switch out, my power supply tries to start, but wont, go, i believe due to the FAIL not beingi hooked up right

The switches they carry are close, but the one on 3000T has 6 connections, 4 were used, I presume OFF-ON-ON but don't know for sure

On, lock and reset (by turning all the way clock wise). Off is handled by the power switch. Lock locked keyboard and mouse.
