Is there any CAD files on how the Amiga 1000 (and A3000) chassis is manufactured? and what plastics is used?

Look through the photos and you should find some 3D renderings of it.

What's needed is a file that specify points in 3-dimensions to define volumes that make up the walls of the box etc.

We solidworks it, get it made and then MATX it, or do we use it for restoration parts first ? :D

If you are trying to create a rapid prototype (3D print) you will need a CAD file in STL format. But if you find 2D drawings with dimensions, you can use a 2D to 3D software conversion package to create that 3D model. The enclosure of the A3000 and base are made of metal alloy, but the front panel I think is made of High Density ABS plastic.
Amiga 1200 fully loaded by Aclii.
AmigaONE X5000 with OS4.1 FE
FPGA Arcade board in miniITX case with AmigaOS3.9 and WB 3.1.
MorphOS 3.9 in Mac Mini G4 1.5GHz, PowerBook & Power Mac G5
Acer Aspire One with AROS Icaros Desktop 2.1.1 &
MiST FPGA Minimig Amiga AGA Workbench 3.9 PFS3 configuration.
