Just came across a reference to this in an old magazine. I'd never heard of it before. Does anyone know more about it or, better yet, know where I can get it? Is it part of the Blue Ribbon publicly distributable series of programs?

No. Not heard of it or where you can get it so sorry my post is no use. Best source I have found is the http://www.fromwithin.com/liquidmidi/ site where it has the manual for Bars. I love this sequencer and I'm sure I only use it to 5% of it's possibilities.
