The screen modes affect the results.

@Novacoder... I've downloaded your modules from aminet but it doesn't say what screen resolution/mode/depth that you were running when you created the modules. Can you remember?

Cheers...

Wouldn't trust Sysinfo, still always looks better than using the other options for benchmarking. The bars make for a better impact :-)

Finally sorted out my HDD. Have gone back to SFS for the second partition as it was producing speeds around that of the on board controller using any version of PFS3 I tried.

So very happy with how quick everything is.

Just sorting out my AHI/ScummVM problem as that's decided to play up now. But this weekend will be removing AHI/ScummVM again and installing it all again.

The sound seems to pause, and be delayed compared to what's happening. Which when I first set it up it was very smooth.

Personally haven't got around to ScumVM yet, but maybe it's not fetching the audio quick enough due to disk fragmentation or something? It'll be something simple. Something has changed on your system...it must have!

I was referring to SysSpeed (picture 1) and Nova's modules that are available on aminet: :)

Sorted the ScummVM problem, not sure how though. Went back to a previous backup in the end.

Weird.

Thanks for the module links, time for some benchmarking :-)
