I've just whacked my A2386SX up to a full 8MB of RAM, and I deliberately got two lots of RAM chips (i.e. enough to populate two boards). The second lot I was going to put on eBay and see if there are any takers, but before I do that - is there any interest from other people here first? I'm looking for £15 per 2MB (4 chips).
The chips are Toshiba TC514400AZ-60 60ns ZIP RAM.
Anybody interested?
