This one replaces a harddrive, i.e. you need an IDE cable and it mounts somewhere internally: http://www.delock.de/produkte/F_276_intern_91645/merkmale.html

This one mounts directly on the IDE controller (don't know if it fits into an A4000): http://www.delock.de/produkte/F_276_intern_91647/merkmale.html

This one is like the first one (needs a cable) but mounts into a free expansion slot so that you can change the CF card from the outside: http://www.delock.de/produkte/F_276_intern_91624/merkmale.html

All of them have a power connector similar to that of a floppy drive. You might need an adapter like this one: http://www.delock.de/produkte/F_726_Stromkabel_82111/merkmale.html

Power comes from the power supply, not from the motherboard. If you replace the harddrive you can use the power connector which was plugged into the harddrive with the adapter mentioned above.
