Could it not be cool if a company decided to release a true Amiga again. perhaps an Amiga 5000 could they call it :) with reel amiga parts like in the old days, before commodore went under. I just think it could be cool, but it is only wish full thinking.

Amiga 2000 030. 9 MB ram. 1 Gb HD.

Best to leave Amiga in the past. It will always be a hobby computer and nothing more.  If you need speed, get WinUAE.  :)

I know it :-) it is just wish full thinking, but it could be cool, i loves Amiga, Commodore and other old computers and consoles.

You might want to do a search for NatAmi.

Also maybe you could find out some info on the A3000+ that was never released. I believe this info can be found in the Dave Haynie archives on Amigahistory.

There is the Natami which for nearly ten years has promised to be the next Amiga.
If you don't want a Power PC enhanced Amiga, then you will have to wait for someone to do an FPGA one.
Also remember the abandoned Boxer Amiga? He couldn't finish the AGA because of the lack of documentation. I wish he had released it even with ISA AT/XT 16-bit slots... There would have been so many add ons you could have had.

What kind of specs do you want? Feel free to try and gather funding, somebody can point you to a site that will allow that.
