Blizzards MKIII+MKIV for 190 & 220?! Are you serious?! They sell them on AmiBay for about 130 - 150.

They're his boards and he can try to sell them for 1900 and 2200 if he wants (did you see the price on that C128D last week?).

I can't be the only person to use "Buy It Now" because I'd rather pay extra for something now than hang around for a bargain.

Hell, forget the C128D, go and buy a C64x.  :D
A2000, A3000, 2 x A1200T, A1200, A4000Tower & Mediator, CD32, VIC-20, C64, C128, C128D, PET 8032, Minimig & ARM, C-One, FPGA Arcade... and AmigaOne X1000.

Well, if you refer to Amibay, respect also the Amibay rule of "no price driving", and leave that guy alone. He is free to set the price for his hardware and no one force you to buy it.

Indeed you are.

I don't care if accelerator prices get pushed up to be honest, as long as Natami delivers .The price driving will just push more people towards getting a Natami and ensure it's success.

I have no problem with people not liking the prices; it's a free world. If someone thinks the prices of amibay are THE only real prices, and those prices should be the going rate, then fine with me.

This is a for sale thread though. If you are interested, show interest in the thread. If not, let the thread slide, instead of filling it up with unneeded clutter. I consider the people around here to be smart enough to know what hardware is else around, and where to look for it if they need anything, so there is no reason to put the same record on again everytime there is a for sale thread.

Can a mod please close this thread? I can't be bothered any longer.

Awesome, I'm glad to see the positive effect that Amibay's little henchmen have on free discussion elsewhere.

Indeed, they are doctorq's accelerators and its up to him what he sells them for.

I for one have bought a few items off doctorq over the years including a blizzardppc and always found him a pleasure to deal with.

I'd gladly pay a few extra bucks to buy from someone reliable.  The thing with used items is that you're not just paying for the item, but also the peace of mind.  I used to like buying stuff from Redrumloa when he had his online store.  I never had a problem with him.

My conclusion to this is,

"If you want it that much & it's not available elsewhere you will pay the price"

I've spent a small fortune on accelerators for my Amiga's, but I'm happy with the results.

Sell it for what you think it's worth - it will make someone happy.

:)
