Looking for amiga mice
« on: January 30, 2012, 04:36:00 AM »
Anyone got an amiga mouse or two they'd like to part with for cheap?

Mine are all in various stages of death, and I don't want to mess up my hands by trying to use a knackered mouse.

Get yourself a modern mouse instead (I went for a Logitech wireless Laser Mouse)......you'll never look back :)
Life begins at 100 MIPS!

Nice Ports on AmiNet!

I tend to agree. This adds about $35.00 for the adapter, but its worth it!
A2000 GVP 40MHz \'030, 21Mb RAM SD/FF, 2 floppies, internal CD-ROM drive, micromys v3 w/laser mouse
A1000 Microbotics Starboard II w/2Mb 1080, & external floppy (AIRdrive)
C-128 w/1571, 1750, & Final Cartridge III+

hm, that makes sense. Amigakit has two different ones. Either one significantly better?

MicroMys is the way to go! Have tried Cocolino too but Micromys supports eg. joy/mouse switcher better.

The old-timey ball mice suxx0rz!  They are very bad for your hands.

I have bought many different laser mice over the years, mostly from Wal-Mart.  But the best one I ever bought was one I got from some Amiga dealer.  It was either Amigakit or Redrumloa.

I only user laser mice on my Amigas since circa 2000.

Laser Mice FTW!
Wanna try a wonderfull strategy game with lots of handdrawn anims,
Magic Spells and Monsters, Incredible playability and lastability,
English speech, etc. Total Chaos AGA
