A1000 Rejuvenato
« on: January 20, 2012, 02:07:31 AM »
HI Have an A1000 with a Rejuvenation Daughter board.
I power it up and on the screen is the  Amiga Check mark, 2.0 Rom (37.175) and the "insert disk animation"
Am I correct in thing that it wants a workbench disk?

So I put in 3.1, 2.1 and a WB 3.1 disk I use for another A1000 that works (no Rejuv)
Tested different floppy drive, same thing. it checks the disk and then goes back to the animation screen

So what is it asking for?

thanks
David

2.0 rom? Not 2.04 or 2.05?  Try a 1.3 Workbench.

sounds like the drive is not working. cables hooked up right? swap cia chips around?  sounds like floppy control is not up to snuff. A1000 have cia chips? Hold down both mouse buttons and select df0: to boot off or hook up anothe external drive and select to boot off df1:

37.175 is 2.04, if I remember correctly.
