Decided to sell my Relec "The Red One" Amiga Computer that is SAM 440ep based.
My Relec is like new, just purchased new from Relec this year, and used since March to learn Amiga OS in preparation for the X1000.
Therefore, this will be just like buying it new as I have very few hours of use on this system. Although I still probably have warranty from Relec on this, I am not 100% sure it is transferable so although the system is like new, it will be sold as is no warranty. Of course if you have an issue with it, I am happy to try and help you get service from the manufacturer but just no guarantee is all.
For those not familiar with Relec, they are a swiss company that sells modern Amiga computers. In my feeling, the best one out there as they make cases that have tons of Amiga flavor and not some generic PC case.
This "The Red One" case has a sweet boing ball on the case. Super small, super powerful, super quiet. It is SAM 440ep based and I sprang extra money for the larger 500GB hard drive. Includes everything that came with it when I purchased it manual and box wise, including Amiga OS 4.1 on CD. I also upgraded to the slot load DVD/CD Rom and is a 110v system for us in USA or other 110v countries.
The system is booting Amiga OS 4.1 Update 2 right now. Runs and looks new. Comes with the sweet Relec Carry Case as seen in the picture too so you can transport the system from show to show.
Paid tons of $ but selling cheaper than what I paid for it so the Relec finds a new home. I am in USA so you USA folks don't need to spend an arm and a leg for shipping like I did.
This model will for sure become a collectors item as Relec no longer sells these and they are out of stock at Relec. Super cool little system.
If you have any questions, email me.
