Value?: Super Gen Genlock
« on: January 14, 2012, 03:17:07 AM »
I've never looked at Genlock boxes before.  Can anyone tell me if this one on eBay is a good price and if this is considered a good genlock?

Yes, I know, if that is a good price I'm screwing myself by making everyone aware of it but I'll take the chance.

Never used that model myself but have heard in the past from others they were OK.  Keep in mind they're NTSC only.

If you need a PAL genlock, I have a GVP G-Lock for sale.  Tested, in original box with manual and software.  Open to offers.

Way too much, I have seen them for less then $50. Other models sometimes below $20.
It's old tech, and not too useful in HDTV era.

Thanks for the help.  I figured it was too much for it.  I'm not sure what I'd use it for at this point anyway.  I think getting an Indivision and CPU upgrade for the 1200 I have is a better option.
