AUI, BNC, and 10BT HUB
« on: January 15, 2012, 01:55:15 PM »
Thought this might be of use to someone with a network card without 10BT... Looks like you could use this as an AUI trasnceiver as well. It powers on and shows link, but I have not tested it any further. It did not come with a power supply, but my 12v dlink one works fine with it. I would like to sell it without the power supply, but if you really really want one - I can dig through my box-o-supplies and find one.

How about $15 +ship?
Open to offers and trades as well.

It much more looks like it's ready to take an AUI transceiver rather than being one (from the port polarity), so you could put it on thick Ethernet. If you insist on it.

Before anyone takes up the battle with coax Ethernet I'd suggest getting a simple 10Base-T AUI transceiver to go TP.
