Nice system, way overpriced, but nice system.

Eh, looks like a Microsoft Wireless Comfort Keyboard 5000 (& mouse), I've bought at least a dozen of those off newegg for the office, everyone loves them and they get great wireless range.  Or are you just saying it sucks because it says "Microsoft" on it?  ;-)

That is a darn fine Amiga though, in any case!

Microsoft logo AND the fact they are inferior to A2000 keyboards ;-)

Really, an iPhone+iPad2 for an Amiga?

Oh, what sad times are these when passing ruffians can say Ni at will to  old ladies. There is a pestilence upon this land, nothing is sacred.

P.S. Yeah, that is a sweet rig.

And don't underestimate what iPads and IPhones sell for in Brazil.  Their import taxes on "luxary" items is scary.  I worked down there for over 4 years and I can't count how many laptops I smuggled in for my Brazilian co-workers.  One of them emailed me last month to see if I was coming back any time soon because she wanted an iPad.

I saw that listing on eBay before you posted the thread here.  That is the best looking Amiga big box case I have ever seen and the specs are very nice, but with this economy, it might be hard to find a buyer that has that much cash to spend on a Classic Amiga hobby.  Maybe the guy that just bought my spare CSPPC will see it and buy it from you.  Good luck!

Edit:  Actually, I like the new X1000 case better and will buy one if/when they are available to move my A4000D from it's current home inside a PowerTower, if I can get it to fit without too much destructive hacking to make the A4000D motherboard & 7 slot Zorro/ISA expansion board fit into it.

Microsoft natural keyboards are the most comfortable to use. They take a week or so to get used to, but after that you will not go back.

What would be a good price for this system?  Surely north of US$1000, but how much?

If I was picking it up in person then $3000 for everything included would certainly be a fair price.  Considering shipping is included in the asking price and that will certainly cost several hundred dollars then the price isn't way off (especially when you consider how the US$ has tanked against the R$).
