Typically you register a trademark for a specific product line. My father drives a Commodore automobile, which has never had anything to do with Commodore computers. It's only when you become really really big and/or the user of the name is trying to live off your name that it becomes an issue in other products. Only when it would confuse the customer.
99%+ of the world has never heard of Amiga computers, no one would be confused by other products with the same name.
AI does not own the rights to Amiga cars, toothpaste, toilets or chewing gum. They own the rights to Amiga computers.
