I found this great tutorial/Pr0n thread over the EAB, and now I'm wondering what chip's can be used and where to obtain them?

If someone here has made the piggy back 2MB chip mem mod, could you please tell me where to get the chips, or even the name of the chips?
A1200, Blizzard 1260 + 64mb, Indivision AGA, Subway USB, 8GB CF-HD, PCMCIA network card, OS 3.9.
And a couple of A600\'s :).

Strange if the tutorial doesn't mention it...
You'll need two 256K x16 chips (usually 514260).

Here's a link to th EAB thread,
 http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=40569 .

There is some pics of the chips used, but usually someone points out where to get the chips used in the project. I tried to google the chips, but got nothing but wholesale's where you have to order something like 100 chips.
Thats a bit too much for my purpose
