No returns would only apply as in I don't want this item.   Any items which don't work should still be able to be returned and money refunded as they are not working.

given the state of economy all over the world, and people losing interest in Amigas, I wouldn't be surprised if those prices become common soon.

I just noticed that the winner of the Picasso IV (for $87.40), has a Picasso IV for sale for $499.  I don't know if it is the same one, but it looks like that buyer bids on what he can to resell for a much higher price.

Ebay hides the username of buyers, but in a small community of people interested in Amiga hardware, one there can't be that many people with 1121 reviews bidding on tons of amiga stuff:
