@ Runequester... Stop Inspiring Me...

Runequester either you'll need to stop writing all your great threads & blogs or I'm going to have to stop reading them... :)

You see every time I read them I think to myself, "gosh, haven't done that for a long while" then off I go inspired by your words to play games, listen to mods and all the other good stuff that I tend not to bother with much these days... :)

Point is, I'm getting nothing else done on my miggies cos you keep reminding me of all this stuff and off I go to try them out... :)

So for the sake of me getting something done please title your threads with something like "This has nothing to with the Amiga" so I won't get distracted so much... :)

Only kidding, keep up the good work mate as I've been enjoying myself lately just mucking around with games, mods and the like... ;)

As for mods well, here are some I wrote way back about 89/90, they're not very good but I used to enjoy making these on the miggie which was a godsend for someone like me with no musical talent whatsoever...:)

(Hmm... been wondering why there is no way to insert mods on amiga forums for folk to share with others... is it too complicated or something ? :))

Ageis Sonix Mod... UnFinished 1

I really need to finish these last two as I've found much better samples over the years to do them with... :)

hah, I appreciate it, and I am glad I got you inspired :)

Sometimes its nice to feel like you are 15 again (or whatever counts as young for you.. 30?)

I'll check out your mod's when I get off work tonight.

Any recommendations for writing mod's ? In terms of a tracker program that actually has some documentation available :)

Bugger. I was hoping for the Sabbath version of 'Who are you?'

I must admit, some of your (Runequestor) threads I also find pretty motivating/inspiring to the point where I now *NEED* to find myself an a1200. Ive not had a functioning classic amiga for quite some time, and while Im a big fan of amithlon (and aros, but Im a bit off the "NG" options right now and are waiting until about april/may before I get involved in aros again for reasons that ClusterUK will anounce around that time) Im just itching to delve back into some custom chipset based fun again. 680x0 euae runs nicely on my amithlon box, but only at speeds akin to an unexpanded a1200. System friendly stuff runs at a speed neither MOS nor OS4 can touch, but there's a lot of good, fun software that I miss that requires both aga + '030 or better speed, plus it's fun seeing what results can be obtained on a custom chipset based machine. Ideally I'd like to run them both concurrently, with an expanded a1200 running off a t.v. tuner card from inside os3.9/amithlon. Best of both worlds :)
Near as I can tell this is where I write something under the guise of being innocuous, but really its a pot shot at another persons/peoples choice of Amiga based systems. Unfortunately only I cant see how transparent and petty it makes me look.
