Vortexau:  Yep.. I forget to mention that ImageFX and FXPaint are coming to OS4 too ..  Especially FxPaint has wide support, it even has Amithlon extensions IIRC.

That would be news to me (and Kermit as well I think) about ImageFX.

Tig:  Oops. My OS4- informant was too optimistic..  Ah well.. I do hope Aone becomes big enough market for making it profitable.

(Ok.. At this point I'd like to see some realisticly build list of all applications that are appearing to these systems.. Apparently I'm not as well informed I hoped for.. )

Thank you VERY much for the State of the Amiga!

It seems like the application list is the most important issue far over and above the actual platforms.

The list of current, projected, and desired apps should be started somewhere.

Here's a list of confirmed apps to be AmigaOS4 native.  IIRC there's a list somewhere for MOS.

There are nearly no 68k-modules left (don't have
the exact number right now, but not many...).

Myselves I am using my AmigaOne as my only Amiga in the meanwhile (Well, that my A4000 died might have played a role there, but still I am perfectly fine with the A1 on OS4  :) This thing is so goddamn fast :))) ). graphics is still 68k, though, but the PPC-version is in works since quite a while.

Am I confusing you to be one of the core OS4 developers? :-D
