Party like it's 1998
« on: October 15, 2010, 09:31:24 PM »
Picked this up via b3ta's newsletter:

"I've been living life in 1998 since Orange
told me I needed to switch off the 3G on my
phone to be able to receive calls or send texts
on it," explains Jon. "I read paper books. I
now use a Nokia 5110, a Sony PlayStation, a
GameBoy Color, and a Sony DiscMan instead of an
iPhone, iPad and iPod. You should try it - it's
liberating!"

If that Allen Carr book works as well as he says, I have a couple of friends who may wind up with a copy each.

Made me remember The Party 1998 in Denmark. Boy... lots of good times there. Cheers.

When did we get to 1998, I'm still stuck in 94 with my steam powered miggie...

(all this time travels not good for you, it leaves your brain cells scattered all over the past century... :) )

Now where did I park my DeLorean...
