Mediator for Zorro4 or for directly to trapdoor expansion ??

I´m a bit confused about getting a Mediator for my A1200 with Z4 and Bvision. An A4000 with Zorro3 is way faster than an A1200 with Zorro2, but how much faster than Zorro2 is a Zorro4 Are there any details about this except the numbers on the Elbox site How much faster is a Powerflyer Zorro4 compared to an on board Powerflyer or a Zorro2 Buddha

OPEN: Normal mode for all Zorro II slots [DEFAULT]
CLOSED: Double speed for the first two Zorro II slots (upper 2 slots). Caution: This speed only works with cards which are adapted for this mode e.g. Cybervision 3D Mk-II or the Buddha FastZ2

...Which means that in most cases this "Z4" is as slow as Z2.

It is definitely slower than Z3, and it has no DMA.

I have no real data on how much faster this "double" mode really is. I've heard about some problems getting the double mode work at all, however.

i think he was asking how fast the two zorro IV connectors are, ie the special connectors used for connecting either a mediator or a powerflyer are.  not how fast the zorro 2 slots are

True, it's the speed of the two Zorro4 slots that I do not know  :-?
