I always use Full Format with the verify option because if a sector is bad it warns me and that way I know if my hd is broken

Full format NEVER works under Amithlon. No matter what, it would ALWAYS crash the emulation. Kinda sucks when you have a 20+ GB drive that you wanted to format in it's entirety.

FFS always sucked. I am REALLY looking forward to FFS2 with OS4.0

MorphOS already has native FFS2, and its not really better than original FFS. The day of FFS is over. It's just too slow and untrustworthy. SFS or PFS are my recommendations.
