I picked up one of these SCART TO YUV ADAPTERS on eaby but I'm having some strange isssues . When I connect the scart cable to the adapter. Even when all power is off I get a slight shaking or distortion of the screeb on my TV. When I turn on the adapter I get ok colors but the picture is distored like the scanning frequency doesn't match. The unit comes with a european power adater. I had a 60hz power adater when i connected the picture improved.
Spoke to the seller and he recommened I open the unit up and adjust some pentometers. That didn't work. Ayone have any luck with this sort of box?
