Apollo 060 issues
«

I installed a 50Mhz Apollo 060 and now when ever I try to click on any of my prefs, it tells me to wait for disc activity to finish. Is there some sort of special libs or something I need to install?
Thankx!

Dropping the libraries in the first zipfile on
http://phase5.a1k.org/
into your Libs: is a good start.

If that does not cure problem perhaps you need to do some small hw fixes to your motherboard. Before I did them to my 1d4 mobo it was very unstable. Now its rock solid and fast with the Apollo 1260.

From what I understand, my 1200 is supposed to be set to go for upgrades.
I'll take these libs home here in a bit and test them.

Seems to have worked, now do I need to use the 040 libs as well?

You should unzip the whole zipfile into Libs:, it contains the 060 libs and a dummy 040 lib for software that looks specifically for that one.
