Best OS and configuration for Internet with A1200?

Hi:
I only have had 3 months with the Amiga, but I would like to prepare a CF with the best Software (MorpOS, OS3.9, Mac with ShapeShifter... the one you say), and best Browser for it to surf the net.
 
The Amiga will have a good Blizzard 1260 with enough memory.
 
What do you recommend me?

You could run old Netscape on ShapeShifter but IBrowse 2.4 is better. And not only better but the best you can have on real Amiga. It lacks CSS but IBrowse never crashes on any website.

You can also use under AmigaOS:

Shapeshifter 3.11 + MacOS 7.6.1 + iCab Pre 2.99b (web browser with CSS support) + Flash 3.03 (yeah flash!) + Internetconfig 2 + MacSSH68k (HTTPS support) + MacIRC_68K (IRC client)+ (a twitter client for MAC 68k that I cant remember the name right now).

And remember to get the high speed drivers for Shapeshifter.

After all the pain in the butt of setting it up it quite possibly could, but then you're basically running an old Mac.  I'm not the biggest fan of emulation myself, but it's one way to get your hardware doing something..

"Better" is a relative term.
But, let me put it this way: If you dont care you are using MacOS (emulated of course!) and are willing to take the time to tweak and install the software. You will get a better experience on your particular setup (A1200 + blizzard1260 + plenty of ram).

If you wish a quick solution, an easy one, with less complexity, go the IBrowse route, but speed and performance on the web will certainly be slightly worse than the one I already mentioned.

MorphOS only runs on PPC hardware at the moment. It will never run on 680x0 HW.

The best browser in an Amiga environment is OWB for MorphOS. But even if you put a PowerUP PPC card in your A1200, it won't be much fun (does OWB even run under MorphOS 1.4 on a "Classic" Amiga?)

Thanks guys, I think I will start with the Ibrowse, but as the thing goes it seems impossible to get a key for 2.4 (legal or illegal), so I'm not sure if I buy an old version or trying it working half an hour...
