[FS] Famous SAS/C Development System V6.51 JUST AS NEW!
« on: April 22, 2010, 04:21:41 PM »
I've got the famous SAS/C compiler for sale on eBay:

http://cgi.ebay.it/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=150436175469&ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT

Just as new condition!
Pay attention for shipping costs: it weights 3,7kg!
(ask me about shipping costs via eBay)

Have a good bid!

Manuals are nice to have, but this software is available often on eBay and other auction sites for a fraction of what you are asking for it.  Good luck with your auction, but the price seems a bit (or more than a bit) high to me.

I also think that this software was available for free on one or more Amiga magazine cover disk or CD some time in the past.
How are you helping the Amiga community? :)

Hello!
Sorry for replying :)  but I think my price is more than fair.
Items are really new, the manuals are made of more than 700 pages each, and contains valuable information (especially for C functions).

Moreover I tried to search for the SAS/C package on eBay in the last two months (for having an idea about the price to ask), and I found just one sold in USA (if I'm not wrong) for around $80! (complete as mine)

And I don't think SAS/C has been given for free on some Amiga magazine in the past: it happened with DICE C and some lite version of Storm C (CU Amiga, Amiga Format) (not because they are bad pieces of software, of course - I have the original DICE C as well).

Anyway we'll see how it goes: I'll prefer it in other amigan's hands who has more time for developing stuff.  :)
Regards!

*** A brief update on delivery costs (since I cannot add on eBay due to time limits - auction ends tonight). ***

I just checked on the DHL web site and it seems that I can send the package for just 17 EUR all around EU countries (since it weights 3,7kg).

For non-EU european countries it's priced 30 EUR, and for other countries (eg. USA) it's 35 EUR.

I thought all couriers are crazy as UPS and TNT (at least in Italy)!

Please add 2 more EUR to those prices, for packaging and going to local DHL headquarters.
Thanks for looking!   :)

Bad stuff... sorry!
Maybe because eBay WANTS me to use PayPal (and its HIGH fees).
Sorry for this!  :(
