Aladdin 4d tutorial video from Adpsec, anyone have it?
« on: February 14, 2010, 04:56:38 PM »
Hi, I've been reading all the old "Aladdin's Lamp" newsletters from Adspec for their Alladin 4d software.  They mention several times that they produced a four hour tutorial video for that package.  I would love to be able to watch that, but it seems like it's disappeared.  Does anyone have a copy they want to sell?  Please PM me if you do.
Music I've made using Amigas and other retro-instruments: http://theovoids.bandcamp.com

I have/had it in my giant box of Amiga videotapes including all C= Amiga commercials, Dpaint tutorial, Caligari Tutorial, Aegis videotapes, Videotoaster, etc.

But the box weighs a gazillion pounds... I would hurt myself to dig it out.  I could maybeask my nurse to go thru it on Monday....

I am in USA

@Chaoslord,  I would be interested in comparing your list of Amiga related video tapes with my own to see if you have any that I am missing.  Do you have a list of what tapes you own that you could send to me?  I am always interested in looking for video tapes with Amiga content, specially tutorial tapes for Amiga programs and programming tutorials that focus on the Amiga.  I probably have 25 to 35 tapes already and have only watched a third of them so far.  They are great to play in the background during Amiga meetings or parties with Amiga friends. (speaking of parties with Amiga friends, I am going to have one on July 24th, 2010 to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the Amiga if anyone is interested in joining me and a few Amiga friends at my house in Big Bear Lake, California.  It will last from Friday evening all the way through Sunday afternoon.)

If there is indeed a 4 hour Aladdin4D tutorial tape, I would love to find a copy of it for my collection.  I have a few duplicates of NewTek Video Toaster/Flyer tapes if anyone is interested in purchasing or trading for them.
How are you helping the Amiga community? :)

Hey ChaosLord --- Scupt-Animate 4D was the old name for Aladdin, so these tapes are probably similar to the ones they released later.
