Dillo for Amiga
« on: March 06, 2010, 09:15:25 PM »
Hi, has anyone considered porting the Dillo browser to the Amiga?  It isn't the definitive answer but it could solve the one issue original Amiga users hang on, Speed.  It's very small and very fast.  I have used it on Unix and linux systems and really prefer it.  Okay I am not a huge fan of You Tube and have other computers for watching video on the Net.  But as an Amiga hobbiest I would love to be able to run it on my A1200.  I am not a programer but would definitely contribute some funds to the project.
Thanks

There's a FLTK dependency which would need resolving first.

Best bet for the classics would be to backport the OS4 version of Netsurf or the MorphOS version of OWB.
