sorry for the o/t but file this under "you learn something new every day" - I had no idea the 4000 would boot without the daughtercard installed.  Is the same true of the 3000?  Funny ol' world...!

The A4000 works fine without the Zorro-riser, but the A3000 needs it to boot.
