I need some help identifying some spare ZIP RAM chips for an A3000 that I have to determine if they are 1Mx4 ZIP chips, as mixing different sizes I think is a bad thing to do and may cause some damage to my A3000 mobo.

The chips I have are NEC JAPAN manufacturer and the two lines of identification are as follows:

D424402V-80 on the top line (I am guessing that they are 80nanosecond speed chips)

9110XU603 on the second line.

The last line identifies the manufacturer as I have already indicated above.

Anyone with a quick answer, or know where I can find an answer so I can put this thing back together and test it?  There are 8 sockets left empty that I want to fill, but I can't remember where I got these ZIP chips from, so I don't know what size they are.
How are you helping the Amiga community? :)

According to chipdir that's 1Mx4 static column - just the right stuff.

Thanks Zac67!  I had a heck of a time trying to find that info late last night.

Mixing various sizes and types (SC vs FP) doesn't damage the board, but might crash your system violently.
1Mx4 will work in 256Kx4 also (with reduced size), as well as SC ones when the first bank is FP. :)
