GVP 1230II Battery
« on: December 09, 2002, 08:25:11 PM »
Hi

I have just sold my old GVP1230-40 MkII accelerator and the battery is missing from it. Does anyone have the same type of board out there? I urgently need the product code for the battery so I can buy a replacement. I have tried emailing GVP-M but I have not got any response as of yet.

If no one has the product code do they know which kind I need and where I can get one from. Maplins were about as much use as a....

The battery holder itself has an inner diameter of 16-17mm and a depth of about 6mm.

helpppppp!!!

Thanks

Mostly these RTC batteries are 3V accus. In theory you could even attach a couple of bogstandard penlite accus.

I've had a look on a search engine and I've found the information for a "Olympus 4 accus NIMH 1700 MA ". Do you know if this is the correct one? I'm not very knowledgable on this and I have already wasted £10 finding a battery for this card.

Thanks for the help
