Catweasel Verified Floppy Imaging?
« on: November 20, 2009, 07:27:14 PM »
Hi,
I just purchased a Catweasel MKIV+, and am hoping to not reinvent the wheel...   I need to image a LOT of floppies for archival purposes, which I plan to do on a fast PC w/ a big hdd.
Is there a way to accomplish this such that:
a.  The integrity of the diskette and/or files on the disk can be verified during the actual imaging?
b.  The image can be verified against the actual diskette?

The Amiga-only methods I tried don't have adequate data integrity checking.

I'd sure appreciate any info.  Thanks.
