After looking at som videos from Amiwest that mentioned who have the rights to the namesamiga and amigaos, I tried to look up the url amigaos.com
The resulting page does not containg any amigarelated stuff, but it seemed to be aquired by someone recently.
And it looks like this someone is looking to make a profit on the situation.

This is what is displayed on the webpage:

It was acquired nearly a year ago, apparently by a websquatter. A browser with Javascript enabled is immediately redirected to a travel site.

According to the internet archive it's been a domain for sale since '01.  It original started off talking about Amiga OS 5!
