Based on a similar announcement on AW.net I would say it is an integrated developer environment for AmigaOS 4.  It would seem to support templates for designing new programs with GUI support.  It eventually will include a GUI builder for ReAct gadgets.

The SDK browser is a separate product and it costs $15.

-edit-
I've just put in my subscription so we'll see how it goes!

How do you suppose this compares to GoldEd Developer Edition? (50euro) I was thinking hard about buying it.
