Sunbeam Business Solutions and Amiga Future agreeing upon close relationship
Pegasos-Systems including free 6-month subscription of Amiga Future magazine announced

Neufahrn/Übersee, April 8th, 2004 - Sunbeam Business Solutions, an IT consulting company for small and medium businesses, and Amiga Future, one of the leading Amiga print magazines, announced an extensive cooperation today.

Sunbeam and Amiga Future will develop innovative products together and bring them to market. Their first products are two specifically assembled Pegasos systems, along with a free 6 month subscription of the Amiga Future magazine. Both are instantly available through mail order from the XAPO shop - powered by Sunbeam at a price of 699EUR for the G3 and 999EUR for the G4. All prices include German VAT. Besides the Pegasos II mainboard, they consist of a CPU card with a G3 at 600MHz or a G4 at 1GHz, 256MB DDR RAM, a Radeon 9200SE Gfx card with 128MB RAM, a HDD with 120GB, a CDRW/DVD combo drive (G3) or CDRW/DVD+RW combo drive (G4), a MicroATX tower and the Premium Desktop Optical by Logitech.

"The partnership with Amiga Future allows us to reduce the distance between our customers and us and to open up new markets", says Andreas Zierl, CEO of Sunbeam Business Solutions. "Our customers gain the opportunity to stay well informed about all activities concerning the Pegasos system. Any Pegasos user ought to be an Amiga Future reader."

"Through this cooperation, the Amiga Future wants to attract new readers. Additionally, we will also be able to provide better information even faster than today", adds Andreas Magerl, editor in chief of Amiga Future.

The new Pegasos II mainboard manufactured by bplan has already been tested in issue No. 46 of Amiga Future. The editor came to the conclusion, that "the Pegasos II is closer to the dream of the 'Next Generation Amiga' than any other system made until now". It was also said, that the system lives up to all his high expectations concerning the quality and stability. Excellent conditions for getting a powerful system for a fair price.
