;-) Yeah, it's a Beretta.  It's difficult to be certain from the small image, but it seems to be Beretta's M-9 model.  (Or in it's civilian designation, the 92fs.)

;-) A while back, you made a thread in Talk-about in which you mentioned that freedom of speech didn't really exist anywhere, at least in the classic definition.

(this one.)

In my first reply on that thread, (message number 22, page 1, near the bottom) I lamented the state of education in America and England, and its effect on the writing seen on the Internet.

While I doubt that the negative tone and flavor are what you want for every article in the Soapbox, I suspect that the quality of the work is about on a par with what one would reasonably expect from a column created by the site's rank and file members.

:-? Is that assessment about right?  Would a posting like that be about what you're looking for?
