After looking at that lot, you realise the [color=FF3300]NEED[/color][/b][/i][/u] for avatars.
Some of those mugshots could easily frighted young children, and terrify old ladies.

Shouldn't be allowed, letting 'Aesthetically Unpleasant'(tm) people (?) post trauma-inducing pictures, onto unsuspecting innocent humans.
