Is this the same version of turboprint that will come bundled with AmigaOS4 and Morphos?  if not, what's the difference?

Turboprint won't come with AmigaOS4. Printer
support for AmigaOS has been announced for
version 4.1/2 (use WB 3.x drivers until then or buy
Turboprint).

Yeah a shame really. It's should be with OS4. Unless Epson will make OS4 drivers, they have had Amiga drivers in their site sometime ago...
