TTEngine 5.2 released. New features:
Fixed UTF-16BE and UTF-32BE encodings, now byte order mark ($0000FEFF) is skipped properly.
Added low endian (UTF-16LE and UTF-32LE) and auto detect (UTF-16 and UTF-32) Unicode encodings.
Added UTF-8 encoding (conforming to RFC 2279).
