LYRA Keyboard adapter question

I was curious, how do you perform the "ctrl" "Amiga" "Amiga" keypress to reboot your computer when using the lyra keyboard adapter?  Do you lose this function when using thie adapter.  Thanks.

The windows keys function as the Amiga keys.
