Ok, so I know I have asked this before, but it seems to be a lot of confusion out there.
I am looking for an A3000 keyboard,
A ORIGINAL A3000 keyboard, NOT an A2000 keyboard !Now, the reason I am going through this is 3 times now I have ordered and paid for an A3000 keyboard, and was sent an A2000 keyboard, because the seller "apparently" got confused and though I just wanted a keyboard that will work with an A3000. I have asked for an A3000 keyboard! If I wanted an A2000 keyboard, I would have asked for them.
The reason this has got my blood boiling is smiple. I HAVE 3 A2000 keyboards and I can find them locally for like $5 apiece. When someone (now 3 times) says to me they have an A3000 keyboard and I pay $40 US for it plus shipping, and it turns out to be an A2000 keyboard that I have, I get a bit pissy. I can see this happening once, but now 3 times, I really am quite angry, and the latest one is from a "reputable" Amiga guy.
IF you are confused, it is simple:
The A2000 keyboards is the same style and color of the A2000. Commodore part number is 32716-02.
The A3000 is off white and has "fins or slots" like the A3000. it looks completely different. Commodore part number is 364447-01
Its like the A500 compared to the A1200.
