hi this may sound like a stupid question but with all the technology we have nowadays and the ridiculous price sx-32s go for on auction sites can someone not make one at a resonable cost im sure there would be a demand

It would be cheaper to make something totally new, then to reverse engineer it. Either case it'd take a couple of man years to develop such a device, and considering the auction prices and the amount of sold CD32, one would earn less than a breadcrumb per day.

I actually have a CD32 that costs just $59 and has a great HD media center, emulates every retro console up to Playstation 1 and plays original XBOX games.

It's called and XBOX and I play my CD32 games on it on a nice flat screen.

I use an A1200 for whdload stuff with the Indivision too.

The CD32 add ons just don't make sense if they're so expensive. Most all cd32 games are avaiable on WHDLOAD anyhow.

I bought my SX-32 MK1 last year for about £65 including delivery which wasn't that much. An SX-1 would have been even cheaper! The SX-32 PRO with the accelerator is the one which sells for lots of money.

Cost too much money due to the price of the edge connectors (not so much the price but the MOQ, minimum order quantities). What did you want an SX-32 for? RAM? HD?
