ASIMCDFS install problem
« on: December 06, 2008, 08:39:16 PM »
While installing ASimCDFS v3.7 I get an error msg Sorry an error has occured!

Aproximately 321k of disk space is needed on your SYS: volume.

You have only -2045222k free.

Delete or transfer some files from SYS: volume and try again.

I just installed a 4.3g HD with 2 partitions of about 2 gig each System and Work. Any ideas ?

Either fill the partition until it has less than 2GB free or try to replace Installer by a newer version.

If you're feeling adventurous you could edit the install script and comment out the disc space check.

I've had to do this several times with some of the programs that I've installed.
