Using minimig with US tv?

Any american users with a minimig out there?
 
What difficulties might be encountered using this with an American TV?

Minimig uses standard VGA out to connect to a monitor

Another quick question if you don't mind.

How many floppy drives does the minimig emulate?
I looked at a few demo videos on youtube, but they only used DF0.
